Naya is built with a deep commitment to user privacy. We believe that your health records, cycle parameters, symptoms, and basal body temperature are intimate and highly sensitive. Our core privacy philosophy is that you should own your data without any compromise.
All data you enter into Naya—including period start/end dates, emotional logs, daily physical symptoms, basal body temperature (BBT) measurements, and assistant chat records—is stored locally on your device by default.
We do not access or collect this health data unless you explicitly enable cloud backup features to synchronize data across multiple personal devices.
Naya offers an Anonymous Mode which allows you to access all core cycle tracking, analytics, and wellness content without creating an account, registering an email address, or linking your records to any real-world identity.
We never sell, rent, lease, trade, or distribute your private health logs, symptom records, or personal demographics to third-party advertisers, data aggregators, or brokers. Your data is never used to target advertisements.
Billing transactions and membership subscriptions are processed securely using Apple's App Store billing system via RevenueCat. Naya does not store or process payment card numbers or bank credentials on its servers.
You have the absolute right to wipe your digital footprint. Inside the settings panel of Naya, the "Delete All Data" option permanently purges all logs, cycles, and settings from your device and our secure sync server (if active) instantly.
By downloading, installing, or interacting with the Naya mobile application, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use and EULA.

Naya is not a medical device. All predictions, ovulation dates, fertile windows, temperature insights, and suggestions are based on statistical algorithms and are meant strictly for informational and educational purposes.
Naya does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It should not be used as a primary method of birth control or family planning. Always consult a qualified medical doctor or gynecologist with any health concerns.
Premium access options include Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime tiers. Payment is charged to your App Store account upon confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless disabled in your Apple Account Settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Lifetime plans are fully activated for the lifespan of the application with a single upfront purchase.
You agree not to reverse engineer, clone, or illegally redistribute Naya or its assets. You also agree not to post any abusive, illegal, or medically misleading content in the community hubs.
Naya is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Naya or its creators be held liable for any health decisions or health outcomes made in reliance on predictions generated by the application.
